Watch Bruce Canepa race his fabulous 935 at the 2011 Monterey Motorsports Reunion!
Qualifying third Bruce is hit with mechanical woes on the pace lap and is forced to start from the back of the pack. Watch him charge through a crowded array of stellar race cars, only to receive a black flag drive-through mid-race.
This really serves to heat up the action as he resumes, in earnest, fighting back and ultimately finishing in 4th position, wrapping up one of the most exciting races of the weekend!

Only 13 customer 935's were built at Prosche in 1979. Porsche then stopped production to concentrate on prototype racing leaving the develpment up to private teams such as Kremer and Joest.
This particular car was the last "Werks" car built by the factory. It was only raced five times in 1979 and 1981 and as a result is the most original 935 in existence!
